KliqueOS

The problem

Many coworking spaces in Nigeria run on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, spreadsheets and bank transfers. Double bookings happen, and revenue reporting becomes a monthly spreadsheet job. The established tools are priced in US dollars and assume payment providers that do not suit local operators.

What I built

KliqueOS is a multi-tenant platform that gives each operator a complete system:

• A branded booking site on the operator’s own subdomain, covering desks, private offices, conference rooms and event spaces.
• An embeddable booking widget. One script tag adds the catalog and reservation flow to a site the operator already has.
• An admin app with revenue and reservation analytics, front-desk walk-in booking, transaction monitoring per branch, discounts, invoicing and role-based access.
• Event management with public event pages, agendas, speakers and sponsors.

Engineering decisions

Customers pay through the operator’s own Paystack account, so booking money goes straight to the business and KliqueOS takes no cut. Subscriptions run on HMAC-verified, replay-safe Paystack webhooks. A daily job moves unpaid accounts through past due, restricted and suspended states, and login and billing stay available so an owner can always get back in and pay.
