About me

Six years in startups taught me to own the outcome.

I have helped build everything from early-stage websites to SaaS applications serving thousands of users. My focus is on delivering software that moves the business forward, whether that means learning something new, working across teams, or doing what it takes to ship.

  • I work across the whole stack, from database to interface.
  • You get a written scope, so you know what you are paying for.
  • I document the work, so your product never depends on just me.

Good software moves the business forward, so that is how I measure the work.

How it works

Four stages from idea to launch.

A clear process protects your budget. You always know what is being built, what comes next, and what has changed.

Stage 01

Scope

We start with what the product needs to achieve. I turn that into a written scope that says what is included and what is not.

Before kickoff
Stage 02

Plan

I break the work into phases in the order they depend on each other, each with a clear definition of done.

Before code
Stage 03

Build

Work ships phase by phase, so you can test real software early. New ideas are discussed and agreed before they change the plan.

Phase by phase
Stage 04

Hand over

You get working software, documentation and a deployment setup, so the product does not depend on one person.
